Description

The cave pictured here, said to be Captain Melville's bush hide-out north-east of Bendigo, is today a popular rockclimbing site known as Bushranger Bluff at Mt Kooyoora. Melville is also said to have had a cave near Mt Arapiles in Victoria's western district.
