Leaving the court, we hear the ‘town crier’ ringing his bell. ‘Oh yes – oh yes! - oh yes! This is to give notice to all and sundry that Lolar Montes [sic], the late queen of Bavary, will appear in a bran’ new startlin’ tragedy to-night at the theatre – to be follered by a side-splittin’ comedy. No reserved seats. Commences at eight punctually. Roll up! – roll up! – roll up! God save the Queen!'
